Upcoming Events!

Saturday 8 June: we will have a stall at the Sheffield Morning Star Conference, St. Andrews Church Hanover Way from 10.00 am to 3.30 pm.  Speakers include Jeremy Corbyn MP.  We will have leaflets on “The Humanitarian Risks of Nuclear Weapons” and a letter for people to send to their MP.

Saturday 13 July:  WILPF will be holding a stall at the Sheffield Green Fair to promote WILPF and again feature the “Humanitarian Risks of Nuclear Weapons”.

Saturday 20 July:  WILPF Garden Party at 38 Ryefield Gardens, S119UD.  From 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.  Books and cakes for sale.  Speaker:  WILPF member Councillor Jackie Drayton, Cabinet Member Children Young People and Families, Sheffield City Council, on Girls’ Education Worldwide. Proceeds for Branch campaign funds.
